Robert comes to real estate with several years of residential property management experience, with a specialty in condominiums. Robert managed a varied portfolio, including commercial and residential rental sites as well. Robert is an instructor for the OREA Real Estate College teaching the Principles of Property Management course. Robert was one of the editors of the Condominium Law textbook and teaches this course for the (ACMO). This course is one of the four courses needed to attain ACMO's Registered Condomomium Manager (RCM) designation.
Robert's industry involvement includes current and past volunteering for the Toronto Real Estate Board, ACMO, Canadian Condominium Institute and the city of Vaughan. Robert currently sits on the city of Vaughan's Committee of Adjustment and was involved in the Ministry's Condominium Act Review as a Working Group member and Expert panelist.
As an educator, Robert educates his clients on the intricacies of a real estate transaction so that they make the best decision. In-depth understanding is especially important when dealing with a condominium purchase. For this type of property, buyers need to be made aware what situation they are buying into as buyers need to consider not only the unit, but also on the community, financial viability, management, etc.
